Port Adriano Mallorca Festival celebra su decima edición
recibiendo por primera vez a Nile Rodgers & CHIC, que actuarán el miércoles
20 de julio de 2022.
Entre las leyendas de la música, el caso de Nile Rodgers es
único. Ampliando su legado siendo reconocido con varios premios GRAMMY en
calidad de compositor, productor y guitarrista, Rodgers ha sabido atravesar
constantemente a lo largo de su carrera nuevos terrenos, expandiendo su música
y popularidad sin límites. Como cofundador de CHIC, cabe destacar que fue
pionero de un lenguaje musical que generó éxitos como "Le Freak",
provocando la llegada del hip-hop con "Good Times".
Su trabajo con CHIC y sus producciones para artistas como David
Bowie, Diana Ross y Madonna han vendido más de 500 millones de álbumes y 75
millones de singles en todo el mundo, mientras que sus innovadoras
colaboraciones con Daft Punk, Avicii, Sigala, Disclosure o Sam Smith reflejan la
vanguardia de la música contemporánea.

welcome Nile Rodgers & CHIC for the first time, to perform on July 20nd,
2022.
Among music legends, Nile Rodgers is
really exceptional. He amplifies his legacy as a multiple GRAMMY-winning composer,
producer, arranger and guitarist by constantly traversing new musical terrain
and successfully expanding the boundaries of popular music. As the co-founder
of CHIC and the Chairman of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, Rodgers pioneered a
musical language that generated chart-topping hits like “Le Freak”, and sparked
the advent of hip-hop with “Good Times”.
His work in the CHIC Organization and
his productions for artists like David Bowie, Diana Ross, and Madonna have sold
over 500 million albums and 75 million singles worldwide while his innovative,
trendsetting collaborations with Daft Punk, Avicii, Sigala, Disclosure, and Sam
